People often do this either consciously or unconsciously in an attempt to get the other person to speed up. Sometimes the other person will become visibly impatient, tapping their foot, making hand gestures that indicate you should hurry up, looking around for an escape route, etc. When someone is impatient with you, they are not listening to your message.]]></description>
